chosen Red Cross chairman Atty.
Miguel Concepcion got a resounding vote of confidence as chairman of the
board of the Philippine National Red Cross (PNRC) Catanduanes chapter
during the Biennial Chapter Assembly at the capitol dome last week. Aside

businessman Antonio Kiong, vice chairman; DECS supervisor Dr. Salve San
Juan, secretary; CSC Prof. Estrella Placides, assistant secretary; Dr. Ma.

won the last spot in a tiebreak with Dr. Jane Rubio and Jesus Tapel. Other
prominent nominees who failed to get the nod of voting delegates and
nominees themselves were Air Transportation Office OIC Manuel Magdaraog,

newly elected directors joins incumbents Concepcion, Kiong, Zantua, PBM
Edwin T. Tanael, Armando Ala, Delia Bagadiong, Molito Chavez and DTI
provincial director Ireneo B. Panti. The
