Composing the Board of Directors are Chairman MCR Santos R. Sales of Virac and members MCR Catalina T. Tresvalles of Bato and ARO Mirabel Decena of Caramoran. Provincial Statistics Officer Elisa A. Solares is the group's advser.

The MCRs meet at least once a month to discuss memoranda/issues on civil registration and thresh out problems and devise solutions. Like any government employees, the MCRs play an important role in the life of a person-the documenting of the civil status of an individual from the time of its birth until its death, including any modifications thereof duirng his lifetime. The MCRs has to enhance his/her knowledge on civil registration from time to time to enable him/her to fully discharge her duties/responsiblities. So, he/she has to attend meetings, conferences, seminars and conventions where civil registration matters are taken up.
